Just Because Love Hasn't Worked Out the Way You Hoped

Doesn't Mean It Never Will.

You know yourself better than you used to. You have a clearer picture of what you want in a relationship. And yet, there are still moments when love feels more confusing than it should.

Maybe you wonder why promising connections never seem to go anywhere.

Or why you can feel so clear about what you want until you're actually involved with someone.

It can leave you wondering whether you're missing something.

But your past experiences don't have to determine what happens next.

Knowing what you want in love is one thing. Being able to trust yourself when your heart is involved is another.

Do you struggle with:

Second-Guessing Yourself?

You know what you want in a relationship. But when you actually start seeing someone, you find yourself questioning your feelings, replaying conversations, or wondering whether you're making the right choice.

Letting Someone Get Close?

You want a meaningful relationship, but opening your heart isn't always easy. Sometimes you start having doubts just when things seem to be going well. Other times, you overlook things that don't feel right because you want the relationship to work.

Knowing What to Trust?

Is it your intuition telling you something isn't right? Or is it fear of getting hurt? When both can feel so real in the moment, it's hard to know what deserves your attention and what might be an old protective response.

What If There's More Influencing

Your Love Life Than You Realize?

Long before you started dating, you were learning what love looked like through the relationships around you and the experiences you had growing up.

How people showed affection. How disagreements were handled. Whether it felt safe to express your feelings or ask for what you needed.

Over time, those experiences may have shaped what you expect from love and how you protect yourself in relationships. And some of those responses can feel so natural that you don't even realize they're there.

Those ways of protecting yourself may have helped you through difficult experiences. But they may not be serving you in the relationships you want today.

And when you begin to recognize what's been influencing you beneath the surface, you open the door to experiencing love differently.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I'm Misty

I know what it's like to leave an unhealthy relationship, promise yourself things will be different next time, and still find yourself repeating patterns you don't fully understand.

For years, I wondered what was wrong with me. Why did I keep ending up in relationships that left me questioning myself? Why did I keep second-guessing my instincts? I thought if I just kept working on myself, I'd eventually figure out what I needed to fix.

But things began to change when I stopped trying to fix myself and started understanding myself.

As I learned about attachment, my nervous system, and the ways I'd learned to protect myself, so much began to make sense. I realized my body wasn't working against me. It was doing its best to keep me safe. And with that understanding came something I hadn't expected: more compassion for myself.

Today, I'm in a healthy, loving marriage. That doesn't mean I never get triggered or that I've figured everything out. It means I understand myself more deeply and know how to find my way back to myself when old fears or patterns show up.

I've come to understand that many of the ways we learn to protect ourselves begin in relationships. And relationships can also be where we begin to heal.

My own experiences led me to deepen my understanding through training in attachment, embodiment, Human Design, and women-centered approaches to personal growth.

I created The Soulful Love Path because I believe women deserve to understand themselves without judgment and learn to trust themselves in love.

You deserve to experience healthy love without losing yourself in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be dating or in a relationship to do this work?

Not at all. Whether you're single, dating, or currently in a relationship, The Soulful Love Path is about understanding yourself and the patterns that have shaped your experiences in love. You don't have to be actively dating to begin.

What if I've already done therapy or personal growth work?

You may already understand a lot about your past and still notice familiar reactions or patterns showing up in your relationships. This experience gives you space to explore those patterns more deeply and learn practical ways to support yourself when they arise.

How is The Soulful Love Path different from dating advice or traditional relationship coaching?

Rather than focusing on dating strategies or telling you who to choose or how to act, The Soulful Love Path helps you understand yourself more deeply, trust your own choices, and experience healthier relationships without losing yourself along the way.

Will I have to revisit painful experiences from my past?

You won't be expected to relive painful memories or share details of experiences you're not comfortable discussing.

We may explore how past experiences have shaped the ways you protect yourself, but our focus is on understanding the patterns, emotional needs, and responses showing up in your life and relationships today.

We'll work together at a pace that respects your comfort, helping you develop greater self-understanding and practical ways to support yourself.

Is The Soulful Love Path therapy?

No. The Soulful Love Path is a private, guided personal growth experience focused on self-understanding, emotional patterns, and relationships.

It's not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a replacement for professional mental health care. If you're experiencing significant or complex trauma symptoms, working with a licensed therapist is recommended. This experience can complement that support while remaining focused on present-day patterns and personal growth.

Do I need to know anything about Human Design or Gene Keys?

Not at all. You don't need any previous experience with Human Design or Gene Keys.

Both are part of The Soulful Love Path, and I'll guide you through them as we work together. We use them as tools for self-discovery, helping you explore different aspects of who you are, recognize what resonates with you, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

What happens after I book a Soulful Love Clarity Call?

Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation with your private Zoom link. During our call, we'll talk about what you've been experiencing, what you're hoping to change, and whether The Soulful Love Path feels right for you. There's no pressure to enroll.
